Scene 1 : ColbyCo (Steven's office)

Steven blames Adam for allowing Sammy Jo to run off with Danny. Alexis thinks it is not really Adam's fault but Steven believes he should know better than to trust Sammy Jo.

Scene 2 : Denver Bank

Blake is determined to rebuild Denver Carrington which includes using the same name. He is going to raise money and repurchase some of the assets seized by the banks. Blake slums it to a bank, Denver Lawlor, to see what he get as a mortgage for the mansion.

Scene 3 : Carrington Mansion (Solarium)

Mrs. Gordon feels guilty because of Danny. Adam states that he is the only responsible.

Scene 4 : Carrington Mansion (Conservatory)

Things are going pretty bad in the Carrington family. Blake has lost Denver Carrington. Jeff has lost Fallon. Steven has lost Danny. Steven blames Adam for the loss of Steven. This whole family could come apart but they cannot. As Blake tells them during his pep talk, the Carringtons are an example for others to follow. Blake is certain everything will right itself if they pull together as a family.

Scene 5 : ColbyCo (Alexis' office)

Alexis tries to contact Jeff but he is unreachable. However, she is able to reach a certain Conrad and ask him to give some informations about Blake's plan to raise money.

Scene 6 : La Mirage (Claudia's office)

Dominique tells Claudia she is willing to perform at La Mirage for free.

Scene 7 : ColbyCo (Alexis' office)

Alexis hires Warren Ballard, a top criminal defense attorney, to defend her in the stand.

Scene 8 : Police Station

Jeff is frantic in the hope of finding Fallon.

Scene 9 : Carrington Mansion (Library)

Blake informs Jeff that he is reorganizing Denver Carrington : same name but new capital. Jef is willing to give him the money that he got from the sale of Cecil's ex mansion. Blake does not want his money, Jeff already lost a fortune. But he proposes to Jeff to stay at the mansion now that he does not have a place to live.

Scene 10 : Carrington Mansion (Steven and Claudia's room)

Steven has hired a private investigator to track down Sammy Jo and Danny but there has been no luck yet.

Scene 11 : Penthouse

Alexis agrees to lend money to Blake through Denver Lawlor. The only requirement : Alexis wants to own the note personally.

Scene 12 : Carrington Mansion (Kitchen/Hallway)

Krystle feels useless : she can't help Blake.

Scene 13 : ColbyCo (Steven's office)

Steven is preparing his resignation at ColbyCo because he cannot conduct business that same way his mother does. Alexis needs Steven and does not want him to leave - not at least until the end of the trial. Steven agrees to stay on until the end of the trial.

Scene 14 : Carrington Mansion (Hallway/Master Bedroom)

Gerard informs Krystle that Blake spent the morning making phone calls without taking any rest. Krystle, going against Blake's wishes, has sold her engagement ring, furs, and jewelry and was able to raise $4.5 million.

Scene 15 : Carrington Mansion (Conservatory)

The police believe they found a body which may be Fallon. Jeff asks Krystle to come with him.

Scene 16 : Morgue/Morgue (Hallway)

However, Jeff and Krystle realize that it is not her.

Scene 17 : La Mirage (Claudia's office)

Blake visits Claudia. Claudia is afraid to not be able to do Fallon's work. But Blake think she will do great. Also, she is a Carrington so she is the one best suited for the doing that.

Scene 18 : La Mirage (Dominique's suite)

Knowing that Dominique wants to bring her singing talents to the States, Brady has booked an excellent gig for Dominique in Las Vegas. Too bad, Dominique does not want it.

Scene 19 : Denver Bank

Denver Lawlor is able to get a single investor for the mansion's mortgage. In the end, Blake gets $12.2 million for the mortgage on the home.

Scene 20 : Denver Street

With this money, and some additional funds raised through selling art, Blake is back in business.

Scene 21 : Carrington Mansion (Nursery)

Brady can't understand why Dominique would much prefer to perform at some hotel in Denver before crowds of 50 or so people. He knows she is in Denver for more than trying to expand her listening audience. All Dominique will tell Brady is that she has business with Blake Carrington, but will not tell her own husband what sort of business. Being cryptic is Dominique's thing.

Scene 22 : Carrington Mansion (Billiard Room)

Adam wonders what Blake thinks of him defending Alexis on the stand. Blake thinks Adam is right to do so : she is his mother.

Scene 23 : Carrington Mansion (Fallon's room)

Jeff is having a horrible nightmare where he dreams of Fallon's accident with the truck.

Scene 24 : Carrington Mansion (Dining Room)

Claudia talks about Dominique's performance during breakfast. Krystle is intrigued and suggests to Blake to go and see that.

Scene 25 : Penthouse

Alexis' trial is set for November. Adam informs Alexis he cannot get it moved. When Adam mentions the check that Alexis signed for Mark, she says that she should have killed him before signing it. When she notices Adam's shocked face, she immediately retracts what she just said. Also, Dex informs Alexis that he will be away in Woyming for a few days. He needs to be there for a board meeting.

Scene 26 : La Mirage (Dominique's suite)

Brady needs to return to Los Angeles for business. However, he will listen to Dominique's first performance at La Mirage.

Scene 27 : La Mirage (Lobby)

Before her performance, Dominique meets Blake again and Krystle. Blake apologizes for his rudeness back at Denver Carrington and hopes to see Dominique again. Dominique assures Blake that he will.

Scene 28 : La Mirage (La Sierra Room Bar)

Brady sees Claudia coming and asks her to have a drink with her. But Claudia stays with Blake and Krystle. Even though Brady slips over at the beginning, Dominique's performance is stunning.

Scene 29 : Carrington Mansion (Kitchen)

Jeff tells Krystle that the police actually have a real lead.

Scene 30 : Denver Bank

Blake is able to buy back three of his oil fields and the South China Sea leases at bargain basement prices. Bad news for Blake when he learns that Alexis is the one who fronted the money for the mortgage.

Scene 31 : ColbyCo (Alexis' office)

When Blake confronts Alexis about it, Alexis claims that the mansion was to be a showcase for her and she is getting what was supposed to be hers. Blake could kill Alexis, but not this time, because he will have the satisfaction of knowing that Alexis will not be living in the mansion. Instead, Alexis will be living in jail when the jury finds her guilty of Mark Jennings murder.

Scene 32 : Police Station

A trucker clams to have picked up Fallon and to have taken her to Portland.
