When we first met the Asian man known as Mr. Woo, it was 1991 and he was one of the operatives of the mysterious business operation, the Consortium. Of its members, he, along with Mrs. Litton, appeared to be the most visible. Mr. Woo also appeared to be the right-hand man, or second-in-command, to Consortium leader, Mr. Jeremy Van Dorn. Mr. Woo served as an advisor, and oversaw the kidnapping of Jeff Colby. Mr. Woo accompanied Mrs. Litton to Washington, D.C. and joined Alexis Colby, as per Van Dorn’s instructions, and testified against Blake Carrington. When Van Dorn failed in his mission against Blake, Mr. Woo rescued him.
