Kirby's headache is a bad sign. There is no option left, an emergency c-section needs to be done or else the lives of both the mother and child are at risk. | ||||
| Scene 3 : Carrington Mansion (Vestibule/Hallway) | ||||
|
Blake informs Gerard he is going to Washington at a closed door meeting. | ||||
| Scene 4 : Carrington Mansion (Library)/Los Angeles Airport | ||||
|
Peter informs Blake that he gets the money for paying the ransom. But Blake still does not like the idea. Blake tells Fallon that he really does not know anything about Peter but that he heard rumors. Fallon believes that Jeff is bad mouthing Peter to Blake, but it turns out to be Alexis. | ||||
| Scene 5 : Memorial Hospital (Waiting Room) | ||||

While they are alone, Adam suggests to Krystle to have a discussion about their relationship. He thinks she never loved him, possibly because he is Alexis' son. But Krystle says he always has been hostile to everyone since he arrived. Everyone but her corrects Adam. Then he says he never learnt how to be loved by others. He would like her to show him how to be liked by everyone -- just like she does so perfectly. She does not know really how to except that she never force people to appreciate her. He should try that. | ||||

Fallon goes to Alexis and Alexis tells Fallon she is aware of a story where Peter had been engaged to a princess but then left her for a French actress. The princess was so devastated that she almost committed suicide. Fallon does not want her mother's interference, just like how she interfered in her relationship with Mark. | ||||

Blake tells Krystle that he does not trust Peter. | ||||
| Scene 8 : La Mirage (El Matador Bar) | ||||
|
The tension between Peter and Jeff results in some sort of physical altercation. Jeff engages Peter in conversation at La Mirage. He wants Peter to stop giving Fallon flying lessons because Fallon is prone to running off and wrecking things like a car. Peter assures Jeff that he is a great instructor in the air... and in bed. That sets Jeff off, but Fallon quickly stops Jeff from doing more than just back handing Peter. Besides, she urges Jeff to go at the hospital to be with Kirby as she still is his wife. | ||||

Kirby is going worst. Dr. Winfield is now terribly upset. | ||||
| Scene 10 : Penthouse | ||||
|
Alexis discusses business with Dex. LexDex is a beneficial association but now she wants to make more benefits with ColbyCo. He suggests her to make ColbyCo go public to increase her stock. She does not like the idea as some people would be able to make a takeover on her company. But Dex tells her that it can't happen as long as she remains the majority shareholder. She might think of it. Alexis and Dex don't realize that Mark is spying on them. | ||||

The trauma about Kirby and the baby brings Adam and Jeff a little bit closer as Jeff is honest with Adam that he purposely returned to ColbyCo to thwart Adam's plans and that he had some hostility toward Adam over Kirby, a woman he had no business marrying. Adam considers telling Jeff the truth about his poisoning. | ||||
| Scene 12 : La Mirage (Peter's room) | ||||
|
While Blake is in Washington, Peter, who is again snorting cocaine with Fallon, receives a call from the horsenappers. Peter is to follow their instructions if he ever wants to see Allegree. Peter wants to contact Blake but Fallon tells him to just do it. | ||||
| Scene 13 : Memorial Hospital (Waiting room) | ||||

Steven and Claudia are with Adam and suggest him to take some fresh air. Jeff remains in the waiting room with Krystle. Not only Jeff confided to Adam but he also admits to Krystle that he married Kirby because he lied to himself. He was still in love with Fallon. Actually, he continues to love her even now. But Krystle reminds him that Fallon is going to marry De Vilbis. | ||||
| Scene 14 : Memorial Hospital (Waiting Room/Kirby's room) | ||||
|
The following morning, Adam is still vigiling Kirby despite the fatigue. | ||||

|
Peter paid the ransom so without a hitch and Allegree is returned. Blake wishes he had known ahead of time. | ||||
| Scene 16: Carrington Mansion (Stables) | ||||
|
The police think the same than Blake. When the police question Peter, he gets short tempered. Blake and Jeff wonder why he got so short-tempered when Allegree was returned unharmed. | ||||
| Scene 17 : ColbyCo (Alexis' office) | ||||
|
Steven is not thrilled with the idea of ColbyCo going public. Not because he thinks it could be bad but because it was suggested by Dex. But Alexis says there is nothing to fear from him. Also, since he asked her to be nicer with Claudia, she would expect him to be less sharp with Dex. | ||||
| Scene 18 : Denver Carrington (Tracy's office) | ||||
|
Tracy's informator, a certain Mr. Beal, tells Tracy about the deal Lex-Dex Inc. | ||||
| Scene 19 : Denver Carrington (Blake's office) | ||||
|
Tracy uses this knowledge to ingratiate herself with Blake. Blake is grateful and Tracy seems smitten. | ||||
| Scene 20 : Memorial Hospital (Hallway) | ||||
|
Steven has come to be with Adam and tries to cheer him up. | ||||
| Scene 21 : ColbyCo (Alexis's office) | ||||
|
Dex informs Alexis that Blake summon him at his office. | ||||
| Scene 22 : La Mirage (Vestibule/Fallon's office) | ||||
|
While speaking with Krystle at La Mirage, Claudia is presented with another plain white box as a gift. Claudia opens it and once again it contains a purple violet and a note signed from Lancelot. | ||||
| Scene 23 : La Mirage (Tennis Courts) | ||||
|
McVane wants to know what new information Mark learnt about Alexis. Nothing more actually aside from what he told him previously on the phone : that Alexis hired a detective to spy on Claudia before firing him. Alexis also have some problems with her daughter and continue to deal with Dex Dexter. McVane is interested by Dexter's suggestion on ColbyCo going public and asks Mark to continue his spying job. | ||||
| Scene 24 : Denver Carrington (Blake's office) | ||||
|
Blake basically tells Dex that he will now throw him off the Denver Carrington Board for dealing with Alexis. Dex is fine with that. He does not want to work with a man who is jealous of the lover of his ex-wife. Blake is offended by the accusation. | ||||
| Scene 25 : Denver Carrington (Hallway/Tracy's office) | ||||
|
As Dex is leaving, he sees Tracy entering her office and decides to hang out at Denver Carrington and pay Tracy. Dex recently met Bill Rockwell who spoke highly of Tracy. He also told him that Tracy is ambitious and should be running the public relations department until Blake decided to put his wife in charge instead. Dex also uses his charm on Tracy and she is intrigued and flirtatious. | ||||
| Scene 26 : Carrington Mansion (Conservatory) | ||||
|
Krystle sees Claudia alone. Claudia tells Krystle that Matthew used to send her violets and sign the card, Lancelot. Claudia is starting to believe that Matthew is punishing her for her affair, and now marriage, to Steven. Krystle thinks that is crazy and it is just a horrible prank. Still, Claudia cannot let it go, especially if it means that Lindsay may be alive. | ||||
| Scene 27 : Memorial Hospital (Chapel) | ||||
|
Keeping the secret about Jeff and the poisoning is traumatizing Adam. Blake has forgiven him for raping Kirby but will Blake forgive him for poisoning Jeff? Blake joins a distressed Adam. Adam tells Blake that he is the one who poisoned Jeff. Before Blake could react, the doctor arrives and tells Adam that Kirby survived the surgery but that the little girl she would have had did not. Adam breaks down. |
